Convenient and clean hotel with a great location near restaurants and a mall. We felt safe using our key card after 11 pm. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus and the free cookies were a sweet touch. The breakfast was decent, although there could have been more options for diabetics.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Willowbrook mall. It's perfect for shopping. The crew is very nice and friendly, always making an effort to accommodate guests. The breakfast options are complete and delicious.

The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing to use. The staff was very nice when we complained about the AC after the first night. The gave us two $10 gift cards to Chili's since they could not credit us for the room.
The AC in our room the first night was broken and it got to hot to sleep well.
